Solvay: Xperilab

Xperilab-24-190839

The XperiLAB is the “learning truck” Solvay developped to promote science and a scientific vocation among young people between 10 and 14 years old. It hosts 10 000 children every year. Inside the truck, teachers have access to tools which are usually unavailable in classrooms. Over an area of 55 m², the children can engage with  fun workshops, all related to nature and  based on a different scientific behavior: observation, experimentation and finally deduction.

Next to traditional schools, XperiLab also welcomes children from different institutions, like a school for high potential autistic youth , or groups of children who face exclusion in their daily lives.
