Who are we?
Cartamundi is, undoubtably, already part of your life. We make the best playing cards and poker cards around. And we are the proud manufacturers of world famous games such as Monopoly® , UNO®, Trivial Pursuit® or Magic The Gathering®. The world just loves our cards. They’ re beautiful and their quality stands out. In 2015 we produced about 15 billion cards. They were exported to almost every country in the world.
Cartamundi was established in 1970 as a joint-venture combining the playing card activities of Brepols, Van Genechten and Biermans and is therefore able to boast of 200 years experience in the production and sales of playing cards and cards for games. And with our iCards (hybrid cards with integrated technology that gap the bridge between physical and digital) we now have the future of playing cards in our hands. Cartamundi didn’t simply become the world reference in the playing card industry overnight. We work hard every day to find that sweet blend of tradition and constant innovation. Our purpose is “sharing the magic of playing together”.

What do we do for CRBP?
Our CEO Chris Van Doorslaer is co-chairman of the Commission. He has the intention to be a driving force and to spread the word on the importance of this issue, here in Belgium and abroad.
